Let’s talk about themes for a moment. In life we have seasons and I don’t mean fall, winter, spring, summer. I mean the periods of time in our lives where things are consistent, where we are in the living through a period of amazing prosperity, devastating difficulty, new beginnings, or failures to name a few. More often than not these seasons change with no warning and it is up to us to weather the storm or spread the love. These seasons don’t define us but I believe they help shape us. They are parts of us and each contribute to make us who we are.
When we look back at the different seasons we go through we start to see themes. I am starting to see themes in our weeks of training. This week the theme is music.
